The appointment for this project was to prepare revised proposals for extending the hotel in the most optimum manner.
The hotel extension proposals prepared and submitted for planning approval were for 40 bedrooms. The scheme also incorporates function rooms and leisure facilities including leisure pool, sauna and fitness centre within the previously approved shell, but considerably improving the overall facilities of the hotel.
The programme of development has now been completed, providing 43 guest bedrooms, function rooms, hotel reception and foyer.
